The HR graduate will help with supplying nice HR compliance and administrative aid to the HR team. Job Responsibilities
On-boarding and Terminations
Assist with the administration of new joiners and leavers.
Schedule facts and induction sessions.
Updating worker files, with crucial documents, i.e. signed worker contracts, etc.
Assist with leaver administration, i.e. UI19s, Certificates of Service, etc.
Recruitment
Assist with the Pre-Employment processes.
Post new positions on quite a number profession sites.
Sort incoming resumés and log them into terrific monitoring spreadsheets.
Assist with coordinating candidate interviews and psychometric assessments and different verification checks.
Assist with performing reference and history checks.
Develop and Maintain HR Compliance Knowledge
Assist with creating modern-day information of HR Laws and Regulations.
Keep abreast of new traits in the HR field.
Regularly replace HR statistics databases.
Keep abreast of file retention requirements, i.e. POPIA.
Project Management and Reporting
Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
Research and accumulate records for a range of HR initiatives.
Update weekly/monthly HR i.e., month-to-month timesheet submissions, recruitment and IR trackers.
Ad- hoc HR tasks as needed.
Participate in organizing agency activities and careers days
Payroll
Assist with monitoring worker movements, terminations, retirements, dismissals and switch of worker from one entity to every other and retrenchments.
Gathering payroll statistics like working hours, leaves and financial institution accounts
General Admin
Updating a variety of databases inclusive of the IR log, applicant flow, HRIS, etc.
Assist with coaching and improvement processes, i.e. supply coaching providers, scheduling exterior and interior training/workshops, etc.
Creating new personnel archives on the on-line submitting machine and keeping digital and bodily worker files.
Update the crew organogram monthly.
Payment Requisitions – Timeous submission and fee of all creditors.
Address worker queries with the instruction of the HR Business Partner
Compliance & Governance
Assist with executing in adherence to all applicable regulatory and enterprise practices.
Ensure well timed transport on all statutory reporting requirements.
Assist in managing all HR/Operations Audit exceptions and make certain the implementation of preventative measures in the unit.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Industrial Psychology/HR Management/Labour Relations Bachelor’s Degree.
Knowledge and perception of the BCEA, LRA, EEA, OHSA and different labour associated Acts and regulations.
Good written and oral conversation skills.
Good reporting analytics skills.
Ability to efficiently research and gather new understanding and skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sage Payroll system.
