What We Offer
Hands-on Creative Experience: Work closely with our design team to produce marketing materials across multiple digital channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Support
Assist in design execution by collaborating with designers on weekly artwork, social media content, and marketing materials.
Edit and format creative assets to align with MyRunway’s brand identity and visual direction.
Support content creation for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
Manage and schedule social media posts while engaging with MyRunway’s community.
Support the building of our content database and maintain organized digital assets.
Marketing Strategy & Insights (Developing Over Time)
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor insights, and audience preferences.
Learn how to interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and gradually develop analytical skills.
Brainstorm and contribute to creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

EXPERIENCE
Recent degree with a minimum aggregate of 65% in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital design principles—experience with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
Social media savvy: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Don’t mind sharing office space with the occasional four-legged colleague (pet friendly office).
The Hard Truth: Not For Everyone
Data Over Aesthetics: It is not all creative brainstorming and cute posts. We are a performance-led brand. If the analytics show a “pretty” campaign is failing, we kill it immediately.
High-Speed Multitasking: You will jump from influencer outreach to data entry to content creation in a single morning. If you need a slow, predictable workflow to learn, you will struggle here.
The “Invisible” Work: A huge part of this role is the heavy lifting behind the scenes (spreadsheets, tagging, and tracking). If you are only here for the “glamour” of marketing, you will be disappointed.
