BPO Learnership Programme – Cape Town

Afrizan is currently recruiting motivated, enthusiastic, and career-driven individuals for our 12-month BPO Learnership Programme in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while acquiring valuable workplace experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Qualification

National Certificate: Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support

This structured programme combines classroom-based learning with practical workplace experience, equipping learners with the skills required for a successful career in the contact centre industry.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be South African citizens.
• Reside in the Western Cape.
• Be unemployed at the time of application.
• Possess a valid South African ID (temporary IDs will not be accepted).
• Be graduates willing to commit to a 12-month learnership
• Not have previously completed this specific BPO Learnership.
• Have not worked in a call centre environment in the past 6 months.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be eager to learn and able to work in a structured, professional environment.
• Be committed to completing the full 12-month programme.
