The Custom Group NPC Bursary Programme offers ambitious individuals the chance to earn a nationally registered qualification while gaining practical, workplace experience in marketing.

Successful candidates will study online through our Learning Management System (LMS), complete workplace-based or simulated projects, and—where possible—be placed with partner companies for real-world exposure.

This bursary supports individuals who demonstrate commitment, merit, and verified financial need.

What You’ll Gain

• Accreditation: Services SETA (AQP) under the Occupational Qualifications Sub-Framework (OQSF)

• CRM and customer engagement management
• Brand and content coordination
• Sales and performance reporting
• Work Experience: Facilitated work placement or simulated workplace projects
• Portfolio Development: Graduate with evidence of your workplace learning

Bursary Options

100% Bursary (Full Tuition) – SA citizens only
Covers full tuition for the qualification (online facilitation, resources, assessments, logbook verification).
Work placement facilitation included.

70% Bursary – SA citizens only
Covers 70% of tuition; remaining 30% co-payment by student/sponsor.

50% Bursary – SA citizens or eligible residents/permit holders
Covers 50% of tuition; remaining 50% co-payment by student/sponsor.

(Devices, data, transport, accommodation, and personal expenses are not covered. Stipends during placements are host/funder-dependent.)

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level 4 (Matric or equivalent)
• Access to reliable internet and a laptop/PC
• Commitment to weekly online learning activities
• Motivation to build a marketing career

• Proof of residence (not older than 3 months)
• Matric certificate or highest qualification
• Proof of household income or affidavit
• 200–300 word motivation (why you want this bursary and how you’ll manage your studies)
