Summary

To support the IM South Africa finance team in their activities with a focus on business planning and analysis.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

• Support CFO and Senior BPA in Budget and Financial planning activities including periodical revisions.
• Perform month/year end closing & reporting tasks in collaboration with senior BPA and FRA team.
• Build standard reports to support business performance analysis.
• Master data management.
• Ad-hoc requests from the business.
• Perform financial internal controls.
• Support tax team on their activities.
• Support other Finance functions when necessary

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or 4-year university degree required preferably in Finance or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)

Skills:

• Background in Finance and good knowledge of finance controlling and accounting processes.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Learning agility
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate and provide high context information for stakeholder
• Being flexible to changes in business environment.

Languages:

• English.
