The incumbent reviews to the HSEQ Manager of Totalgaz Southern Africa
The primary areas of duty include:
Ensuring contractor compliance with the OHS-Act , No eighty five of 1993 and TotalGaz Safety file requirements.
Ensuring contractor compliance to the ICC requirements.
Being a exchange agent for enhancing the compliance of contractors via helping contractors with their protection file submission and getting ready contractors for ICC audits.
Providing recommendation and training on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) matters, to make sure that the contractors comply with TotalGaz requirements.
Emergency Response Co-ordination and helping with TotalGaz Corporate Emergency Response preparations (CMC)

Activités
Contractor Management:
Onboard new contractors
Assist contractors in completing, submitting Safety documents and observe up
Assist and put together contractors for ICC (Inspection of conformity of contractors) audits
Schedule ICC inspections the place relevant at the required intervals
Follow up on contractor motion plan
Attend at least 1 ICC audit per annum

Assist with the Development , maintainance, and constantly enhance TotalGaz Southern Africa HSEQ Management structures (ONE MAESTRO & MAESTRO Log) and make a contribution to the putting up and upkeep of a sturdy HSEQ tradition inside the company.
Assist with implementation and sustainability of structures such as One Maestro,.
