SALARY: R173 703 per annum (Level 05)

Duties And Responsibilities


 

DUTIES:
Ensure timeous data submission from facilities. Capture data within set time frame. Effective usage of all information databases (Web DHIS and Tier.net). Validate data and follow up on data corrections and outstanding data. Provide feedback to facilities and programmne managers. Generate reports from Information Systems as required. Handling data queries. Administrative duties. Conduct Facility Support visit and give Technical Support to facilities.

 

Qualifications And Experience


 

REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent relevant qualification plus 2 or more years experience on Web DHIS & Tier.net systems. Certificate in DHIS. Certificate in Tier.net certificate will be an added advantage Other Skills / Requirements: Computer Literacy with an understanding of Ms Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Good communication Skills. Analytic and Numeric Skills. Ability to work under pressure. Driver’s license.
